If you mean the screen, minimize explorer, then right-click on any open space in the screen. Click Properites. Click the Settings tab. Select which version works for you. 1024x768 and 800x600 are the most common. If you mean the web page, (for IE 6 click tools>text size) (for IE 7 use the little magnifing glass at the bottom of your screen.) Please repost if this doesn't solve your problem. If the desktop is bigger than the screen, you need toi use the buttons on your monitor to adjust the width and height of the screen.
It depends on your monitor but you should have a'select' button that allows you to choose which option you want.
The options you want to change are
the pic of the screen with two arrows pointing up and down, then the next one with the arrows pointing side to side.
Decrease the size of the screen using these.

right hit trakbar hit on cascade windows then use ur mouse on da bottom of da. open window to resize it , if using explorer . hit on view >tex size . you dont need to go messing up at the monitor

Try right clicking the top section and selecting "Restore". Sometimes that works.

hold down ctrl at the bottom of you keyboard and role the roller on your mouse up or down to make it the size you want.

it was probably moved with the "move" button when you right click the minimized window.
