Whoa! Thanks for the memory! I was 13 when I first started watching that! That was a FUN show. Remember Goldlie Hawn dancing and saying sock it to me? Would be nice to see something like that on the air again!

You sure are right about that. Goldie Hawn became famous for her role as well as Lilly Tomlin, and others. I loved Arte Johnson saying "Very interesting, but boring."
It was on a Monday night and nobody would go out until Laugh-In was over. I guess the closest we have to it now is SNL. Not as funny, but ok.

They tried a new Laugh in back in 1977, but it lacked the politicial punch of its predecessor and was pulled after 9 episodes.
It's claim to fame was that Robin Williams was in it
Dan died in 1987, Dick is still alive

I remember that show.....it was so funny at the time.
I loved all the live shows they had in the 70's - The Carol Burnett show, Red Skelton, Flip Wilson & of course Sonny & Cher.

I used to watch it every week too! And loved it! Problem is, those types of shows went out of style a while back. You don't see the variety/comedy shows anymore. It's really too bad we can't have them back...but I guess reality shows rule.

acquaintances! That teach is in basic terms soooooo humorous I even have watched each and each episode various situations yet I nevertheless giggle everytime. each and all of the actors are humorous... Joey is amazingly dumb Ross - Is geeky Chandler - Saracastic Phoebe - unusual... (i like "stinky Cat") Rachel - continuously complaining, whiney Monica - great sparkling each and each characters character makes them hilarious
