It's actually quite easy. Find out which agency represents him and write asking for an autographed picture. I have done this before and gotten a few autographs. It doesnt work often, but when it does, you will be a very happy fan!

I don't believe at this time right in his life with all his personal things going he might not be feeling it, if anyone remembers when John Lennon was walking home from his recording studio in NYC and lived at the Dakota the man came up from behind and asked for his autograph and John said sure and now he's not here with us and Paul, I would not personally...

several ways:
buy one in ebay
catch him in your town
write him a very nice letter
go to a store that sells autographs and buy a replica. it might make you happy as well.
