The most powerful theoretical type of energy is matter and antimatter. If they ever met, they would destroy each other. (AKA, we're all dead, everything is gone.) The most powerful real energy type is fusion power such as the sun.

anti matter is the most powerful form of energy. It's real in that scientists have observed/created it for very breif periods of time in particle accelerators, but we can only concieve using it theoretically as there is no way to contain the matter anti-matter reaction.

The interaction of matter and anti-matter. When they react, the 2 annihilate one another to create pure energy. Thanks goodness scientist can only manage to produce a few of these at a time. Otherwise we’d have to find a stronger statement to replace "Weapons of Mass Destruction".

ya probably anti matter, which is real, but only made a few atoms at a time

when it contacts normal matter they both turn into pure energy, enough that only a few grams could power a mission to mars!
