Since they are going to be 18 and out on there own soon maybe something that would be useful for them.
how to vote in an election - what the ballots look like, what type of ID you need to register, etc. (call the board of elections for ideas and props).
how to write out a check and balance a check book.
how to figure out a household budget. (expenses vs income)
how to fill out an application completely.
How to write a resume - what goes on it and what doesn't .
Don't forget the cover letter.
How to figure out net pay after taxes on a paycheck.
