i went to the doctors and he told me i could take robitussin DM but not how much or how often i could take it.

i have the same thing going on right now and i just take the normal dose every 4 hours.it hasnt helped much though so i hope you have better luck!

I think that you can take the recommend dosages. Your best bet though would be to call a 24 hour pharmacy in your area and talk with the pharmistist and they will be able to tell you for sure.

Take the lowest dose on the box for an adult.

READ THE BOX... The dr will assume that you'd do this and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
