I have 2 small items on my moniter that seem 2 B on top of my screen saver. It dosen't matter which 1 I choose. Don't no where they came from. How do I get rid of them , please?

There is no sound logic to your question. "I have 2 small items on my monitor". Please remove your question, so you can get real help. An explain what the "2 small items", look like.
Also do you know the difference between a screensaver and wallpaper??.

First of all it's not a screensaver. The picture on the background of your computer is called a Wallpaper Image.
Please write down what the two items say and post them here so I can help.

start in safe mode run anti virus, clean disk,disc defragment, add/remove progams to remove the two shortcuts that are ontop of screensaver

screen saver? you might mean your desktop wallpaper...
