Im 13 and im gay and comfortable with my sexuality..........sorta! Im still afraid to tell people except my best friends and their OK with it! But their is this guy in my gym class hes REALLY cute! Hes talks like a gay guy he only has friends that are girls and hes really girly! So on myspace i took a chance and told him im gay! and he told me he thinks he is 2. Well my question is do you think i shuld take a BIG chance and ask him out???

Go on and ask him. He's very open to the idea of being gay. You guys should help each other discover your sexual orientations and preferences. But don't rush into things that fast because you guys are still young. People switch teams all the time. Just take things a step at a time. Focus on discovering who you really are. G'luck!

Try being friends. Everyone needs a friend. Just because you both are gay doesn't mean you have to date. MAYBE after a while you'll want to, but this can be difficult time and you may just want a friend vs. the baggage that's going to haunt you the rest of h.s. if you break up badly with him and have to see him every day for years to come! Not meant to scare you! Just play it cool, no matter what, and always follow your gut!

If most people at your school are going on dates at 13 it is OK to ask him out. If not, just ask him to come over to your house sometime and just be friends for now. Since he told you he thought he was also gay he is probably wondering if you like him.

No, don't ask him anything yet. You are 13 years of age, you are just hitting puberty. Wait and watch for about a year or two until you fit in with your new sexuality, and then start reading about it. About time you're 17 or 18 start dating.

Wow! Ya knew you are gay at 13 yrs old. It took me till I was well in my thirties.
My hat is off to you kiddo. Sounds to me like you should prepare to run for President of the United States......SERIOUSLY.
As for being 13 and dating. I'm totally against it until you are 16 years of age.

Im not gay but I think you should ask him on a date. or get to know him first. Dont rush into things right away. You have to remember that he doesnt know yet so talk to him get to know him then if things are going smoothly then you can ask him for more.

Of course you should! I mean, he thinks he's gay, and you like him, so why not? What's the worse that could happen in this scenario? He turns you down. *shrugs* Big deal. There are plenty more hot gay guys whom you'll meet.

In the most polite way, I would ask him to meet for something simple at first, he may not be what he appears to be, to a very public place, then you may get a more sincere feeling of what is all about.
