haha....rest! but youre a runner and you won't stop...i know...

warm up slowly and stretch really well...even maybe use some heat to stretch.... but stretch really well.... then ice afterwards to try and bring the inflammation down.

but really, without resting it, it won't be able to really heal...

Schussler Cell Salts

Calcarea Fluorica (Calc Fluor)

This cell salt is involved in the formation of connective tissue, making it important for the skin, ligaments, and tendons. It is also found in bones. Recommended for the following conditions:

Varicose veins, weak ligaments, tendons, and joints.

Dosage:

Cell salts are used like other homeopathic remedies-and as with other homeopathics, they come in pellet, tablet, or liquid form. Most common potency available commercially is 6x.

Cell salts are best taken 10 to 20 minutes before or after you have any drink or meal. For acute conditions, cell salts should be taken every 15 minutes or 2 hours, depending on the severity of the condition. For chronic conditions, cell salts are usually taken one to three times daily. Since they are of a low potency, they can be used on a long term basis.

Side Effects?

Side effects are not an issue with cell salts. They either help or do nothing at all.

Wishing you a speedy recovery,

Darryl S.

First, tendonitis is an inflammatory process in a joint from extended use. The tendons get stretched and it is very painful. A physical therapist needs to give you exercises and treatments for this. Usually it will be rest and ice pack to the area.

After the inflammation stage has gone by you can get a massage therapist and palpate your knee. It'll help with even scar formation and the increase in the flow of blood can increase your healing process.
