r u jokin? Mr. Ram Jethmalani don't need a Manu Sharma to get famous. he is already an esteemed lawyer of Supreme Court and a known public figure too. money too at his age of 90 does not mean much. as far as i know he is amongst the few lawyers of this country who points fingers at the system and judiciary if there is any violation of the basic tenets of statutory laws. he is the only answer to the trials, where the trial is vitiated by media's assumptions and presumptions. A coin always has two sides and after having witnessed good side of media, these days media is not delievering what is expected of it. There are no truths only scoops. because we/public dont want wise comment on the system and offices but something which gives us momentary pleasures. and if public needs masala then the media is bound to deliever it, this is also what has been said by the editor of the Times of India once when one of its readers questioned the editor about the quality of news.

i dont say that either Santosh Singh or Manu Sharma or anyone else for that sake, are guilty or not but i sincerely believes that ours judiciary is competent and lets not influence their decisions by media *** public trials. because the media and public are not versed with the legal provisions with which a trial has to be conducted or a judgement has to be delievered.

Blue Desert is right and Jethmalani also has said the same over the years now. However having said that no one is in a profession just for love and fresh air. I would assume that a lil bit of fame with the name in the headlines and some more money in the bank or locker wouldn't hurt.
