That's not the first time I've heard of that. I saw an episode of Cops once where this crackhead went up to a cop and told him the lady next door stole the 20.00 she just gave her. The cop asked her why she gave the neighbour 20.00 and her reply was to buy rock. Then when the cop asked the neighbour if this was true her response was "I don't sell crack, I'm a prostitute." The only logical explanation is unbelievable stupidity and a total lack of common sense.
