I do have to agree with ellietricitycat there, Evanescence really does have a very unique sound unto themselves. But if you´re looking for a couple of bands that sound somewhat similar or that are in the same music genre, try checking out: Breaking Benjamin Seether Linkin Park Trapt Puddle Of Mudd Chevelle They´re all guy bands though, so the vocals are also from guys, but the music type is pretty similar, so i hope this helps. :)

I love evanescence. i just got their new CD The Door Open. its great. i don't play piano, but Sam Goody might have the sheet music for it.
