Yes the co-worker can charge sexual harassment. Sexual harassment can occur outside as well as inside a work environment. Your best bet is to go out of your way to be nice to this person, kiss their ****, and keep your mouth shut. :)

Take a cork, it would be approximately 4" in the process and taper to a greater physically powerful length. Open your mouth and insert the cork. Then get somebody to tension it as deeply because it is going to bypass. it is going to treatment the sexual harassment complaints. In different words, stop making offensive jokes.

Yes, she could pursue a sexual harassment charge. Realistically you would be looking at a warning unless she told you she was offended and you continued the harassment.

Yes she can. The co worker can charge you, because you have abused something, eventhough the transaction was not related to her, but she is also a human being with feelings.

Maybe, because it was in the work place. But she would have to have told you that she was offended first, and if you kept doing it, then she would have a case.
