got up early today and starting walkin like that without no help. we haven't even started to teach him to walk yet. he just got up from playing with his toyz and started walking. is this normal or what? should i take him to the doctor. now it has been three hours and he doesn't want to sit down.

That is wonderful!!!!!! What a milestone to pass at such a young age. No i dont think you should take him to the doctor. Nor if he decides he is done walking and decides to go back to crawling for a few months i wouldnt be concerned either. But congrats on the milestone so early!!!!!

You people are all idiots for believing this guy...sure, maybe a 6-month-old can stand up or even take a few steps. THAT is an early walker. A 6-month-old CANNOT just stand up and start walking without falling around...and he certainly does not just walk around for 3 hours...good god. People are so stupid.

My oldest started walking at the end of his 6th month. So I think it is ok. You just got a strong baby.

No that's good he is strong and smart be proud. My son was 8 months and that is early also. He is very smart and excels in everything he does. I'm sure your baby is the same.

it is good that he is walking at such an early age but be careful don't let him stand up for too long it's not good for their spine or back yet. try to give him something to make him sit or even lie down.

This isn't normal, but some children walk early. I would let your dr know incase there are problems wiht his legs. Watch our world he comes your little guy.

Wow 6 mths and walking . Are you pulling our legs? I've heard of a 7mth old walking. if its true then that's great. congratulations.
