Definitely. I would call myself "Coffin Nail" and dress in an eerie, white, pencil-thin costume. I'd have a complex array of weapons in my super villain arsenal.... Lucky Strikes, as they were the very first brand I ever smoked... then Camels, just because I like the packaging. My secret weapons would be the deadlier, more exotic brands I enjoyed for awhile... Djarums, the sweetly sinister Indonesian clove cigarettes favoured by Sherpas, and of course I would have to include the Balkan Sobranie that come in a beautiful little white tin and exude a strange, redolent green smoke that could clear a room in seconds (and might also provide an excellent smoke screen cover for my super villain to escape).
Oh... and might need some Nicorette in my utility belt for those times when I'm disguised as mild mannered so and so.

If i was a super villain I would be out villianessly break some hearts and then call them back at my command,the neighbors would be smoking

Nope, I'd be even more straighter than Hitler himself, who never smoked, drank, ate meat, chased women. All he did was to destroy entire races of people, laid waste to entire countries, annihliated millions of people, you know, just being a bad boy. I can just imagine what trouble he could have gotten himself into had he taken on some of the vices...

you might think some short filterless thing or maybe even roll your own, but no those are really for the heroes i think.... the flyboys and Indiana Jones types... the villians smoke something foreign like Dunhill
