Hi there! I've had the pleasant opportunity of dining in Gasthof Cafe and Deli Shop, one of the best restos in the island located in Station Two, Boracay. I recommend their house specialty, the grilled Baby Back Ribs, as well as the Chili Crab. Yummy!
The place is owned by German national Jimmy Gersbach and his Filipina wife, Marina Manuel. It opened in 2000.

It is a restaurant. It's in the center of white beach right at the entrance of The Mall. You choose fresh fish and seafood from the glass fishcase and ask them to cook it the way you want...usually grilled or the fish made into delicious sinigang (sour soup with veggies). It can get a bit more expensive than other restaurants because they sell seafood by weight.

Gasthof is a german word for Restaurant/Inn/Hotel so I suppose it must be one of them on Borocay.
