try your local superior court web site.... they usually have online services and most of them are free.... but you will have to fill out the fee waiver form too...

The forms dont cost anything and you can get them at your local library. Make sure you get the right forms and the most current. What costs is the filing fee, different in each county. I just filed in Michigan and it cost about $100 to file. You may also be able to save money by serving the papers to your mater by yourself, or having them pick them up. Read carefully and fill out everything or you will have to do it more than once. Good Luck

Check the State Gov. site,,,,, Utah has one it does cost, cost me $106 to divorce my second,,,,, kinda funny that was 5 years ago and we are talking about getting back together,,,,,, Wonder if I can get my $$ back???

I helped my brother-in-law and we had to go to the library. They have books there with all the forms you will need, you then make the copies that you need. If you need anymore info just let me know. Good luck
