I usually throw out sushi leftovers because they sit out while you're eating and talking, then they get boxed up and aren't kept cold on your journey home. They may end up being out for several hours before you get them into your fridge at home.

It should be ok to eat. Start with something like dry toast or soup to get you started. Wait 1/2 and see how you feel. Being hungry is a good sign of recovery. Make sure you drink a lot of water as well.

If you refridgerated it and it's only been a day, I would say it should be fine. However, go with your instincts if it seems EXtra fishy. Honestly, day old sushi is usually disappointing.

I wouldn't.. sushi is only good when it's fresh...raw fish develops bacteria that will definately get you sick..so don't
