Something is very wrong here. George III ruled 1760-1820. Anne ruled 1702-1714. Maybe the date is 1807 and I need to know the denomination or a better description of the reverse, there is usually a number there or the denomination is spelled out. The reverse is the non portrait side. If Britannia is there, it is a good bet it is a Farthing, half penny or a penny. If it is 1807 then the Farthing sells for $3-$20, the 1/2 penny for about the same and the penny $6-$40. In low grade less in real high grade more. The prices are retails for coins in grade fine ( low price) to coins in Extra fine (high price). expect to get less if sold to a world coin dealer. This is the best I can do with the information you gave me.

Try the American Numismatic Association. Im sure they can either help you or would have links on their site to someone that can.
