Are you talking about a drug test, DNA test, pregnancy test lol? Whatever the test is for just relax and do what you suppose to do.

cry, spiral into depression, probably start drinking, then get clean and start living like there's no tomorrow. That's what I'd do honestly if it was something like HIV or AIDS.
