Been doing that for years, only I'm the restrainer not the restrainee.
There is nothing hotter than tying a person down, in complete bondage, gaged and hooded and using them sexually. Of course I am speaking ONLY of consensual adults in negotiated and contracted scenes.
Plastic wrap gets hot though. Chain(my preference, can be too cold). Rope, for the dedicated. Silk scarves for the tourists.

Since being restrained has certain limitations in body movements, it can enhance feelings in areas where physical stimuli cannot be avoided due to the restraint. It also adds more of an element of trust to the activity. I always enjoy meeting those willing to explore.

I have tried it, not my thing........... but I do love to watch a lover restrained, being teased, moaning, begging, whimpering.
OK, so I have four point restraints on my bed..........and a toy cabinet full of S&M and sex toys in the bedroom.
