You can not use two antivirus program, as you will have serious conflict with your system. You can use three or four antispyware program without conflict.

You don't say what antivirus system you have. Obvious it is not doing the job. Hope it is not Nortons as this is pure junk and when you go to remove the program, you only think it has been removed. Will leave atleast 350 fragments in your system and glued to all your files/folders. Alot of the fragments are hidden very well.

If you can remove the antiviurs program you have. Install what I use for the past nine year and never had one virus. This is a free program. http://www.avast.com Has an excellent background scanner that would have caught the virus before it enters your system. Free automatic updates two or three times per day.

The corporate version is the very same, they just make corporate pay.. They will ask you for your email so they can send you a free key that is good for one year. After one year request a new key.

This program will remove the virus. An always reboot after any virus or spyware is found.

Hi. TrendMicro offers a free online antivirus scan.
It's a very effective scanner and is often updated with virus definitions. It requires java environment however. So it may take some time to load the application. but it's worth the wait.

type in www.grisoft.com and download for free the AVG anti-virus program. Run it and it should catch the virus. Also go to www.lavasoft.com and download their free Ad-Aware to help with spyware. Run these programs daily.
