Like, if you vote for something like...a class representative for student coouncil meetings, would you still do girl for girl and boy for boy, or vote for whoever you think should.

I do the second. :) If you don't mind, could you state where you are in school, or if you even are in school currently? (EXAMPLE: High School, Middle School, etc.)

Actually, I'm looking for someone in middle school like I am. Be truthful too, please. I voted for a dude and my friends were like, "Why didn't you vote for her instead of a guy?!" Not only was it fair since the girl was involved in a student council activity and the guy had more experience, but I didn't want to have to do a re-vote. Though, I am in 6th grade and didn't want attention (nor people to think that I liked him, but saying it or not saying it wouldn't have made a difference), so when they asked which girl voted for him, I lied. XD They must've figured it out already though...

I'm sorry for ranting.

I just want to see if all people around my age are the same as my friends.

ALWAYS vote for whom you feel will do the best job. Gender, political party, economic status, etc. should NEVER impact your decision.
I'm a senior in high school.
