I think there are number of handheld PDAs out there which can display the PDF files. But you need to have the proper program installed.

You have to purchase a program (Pdf Viewer), and install it on to your PDA, along with the files you want to view.

If you have a Palm Pda. You can find the pdf viewer at: www.palmone.com

The official PDF reader program by Adobe converts a standard PDF to something fitting a PDA screen so many formatting were screwed; that is true in Palm's Adobe PDF reader, I think same goes for Windows Mobile.

If that is issue, find:
PalmPDF for Palm OS 5 machines
unknown program for Windows Mobile; once saw one but the link was dead so I passed it on.
