Sweetie, I would never say that you are a burden, and I am sure that your parents would not call you a burden, maybe a pain in the bottom at this moment but never a burden okay?
Now with getting that all out in into the open let's get to your problem, I am agin sorry for your break-up I know what you are going through right about now, I can recall when my husband (but then was my boyfriend) and we went through that month separtion, it was the hardest time dealing with a broken heart because he was my real deal, you know? I was sick, couldn't eat, or sleep, I didn't want to work, or even shop.
But the heartest part was being away from his daughters that I had grown so close to at the time.
The most I can tell you is is to get out, or rather try, I mean really try to get out more, go for a walk on the bike path or something.
you should also write about it, because that is a way to get it out without getting on the nerves of those who love and may be tried of hearing about it, and then also you can write things down that you do not want to share with another anyway. start you a journal if you haven't already, I can not tell you that you are going to wake-up and feel brand new because I would be lying, But you will one day, it's different for everyone. Just take it one day at a time, I can tell you that it will get better with each passing day, that is the truth.
And about you being in your parents bed, I thinks it's time that you actually get back in yours because it may be getting in their way, you know. and like I said while you are in your bed you can be writing in your journal everynight until one night the writings get shorter by the time okay?
I really hope that this helps you out okay, best wishes sweetie, and never ever think of yourself as being a burden okay................

There is no good break up. It always hurt honey. For me you not are a burden though you may think your parents don't appreciate it. I understand you because I passed that stage too. Try this if it could help... Write in a piece of paper what you feel... or unburden to a trusted friend. You may go to a psychologist ask advice, but it put out cash...Cry it will enlighten your heavy feeling deep inside. Most of all talk to God, like a daughter pouring out you hurt feelings.
Listen to some radio program which caters to that sort of talks, or see a tv talk show that tackles relationship like that... You may learn from it...Cry, mourn for that lost love, then move on, who knows you are meant for each other., somebody might be waiting for you out there. Cheer up ! God gave you trial you can tackle and resolve.

It's normal to be hurt when a relationship ends. It's also normal to seek comfort in family and friends. Talk about your feelings with those who know you well and they'll pull you through your hard time.
