There us a line running acorss the screen that is blue, and you cant see underneath it. The open windows showing underneath and the start button are all 1/3 the way up the screen? HELP We are new at this, and dont understand the computer terms. Use English only, not computerease.

Put your cursor on the top border of the 1/3 of way up and get it just right to become a double headed arrow. Then drag up or down - down in your case I think. Then hit the Start button and then All Programs and you can open what is available on your computer, right click on a program name and you can make a shortcut for the desktop.

go to top right corner screen 3 boxes X box 2 more put cursor on middle box click should do it

i am not sure but you can try press alt and down or ctrl and down.
