Why is it even LEGAL for a potential employer to do the kind of back ground checks that they do? WHy can they check your credit and find out your money history? Why is this legal and NOT against our rights to privacy??? Was this passed into law at some point - do you think there is anyway to fight it?

It doesn't seem fare - because BAD things do happen to GOOD and Decent people sometimes... And what if you were fired because your former employer was crooked and lied about your job performance so they could get rid of you with out paying unemployment benefits??? I mean how can a person win when employers are crooked and lie? any idea?

It is estimated that 35% of companies do background checks, especially if you will be dealing with money.

Calm down, Sunny.

Outside of banking professions, I have no idea why employers check your credit history. You will NOT be denied because of negative items on your credit report. When my score was very low, I still got the jobs I applied for (as an engineer).

As far as having the crooked employer, do you have any friends from that company? You can use them as references. Or a personal friend who is willing to lie for you.

Background checks only verify the information that you provide.

Potential employers are turning to background checks, credit histories and previous employers to find out what type of person they are hiring. You're right- bad things do happen to good people. But unethical people can interview well and get hired then their true colors come out. It's a financial decision for employers- they invest time, money and training in new employees and turnover costs them too.

If I walked into a bank with a shotgun, I might get away with a few thousand dollars, and be on the news in half an hour.

If I worked at a bank for five years, I could probably steal several hundred thousand and if I was as smart as most criminals think they are, no one would know for a year.

Employees are the biggest risk a company has. They'd be fools not to find out who they are hiring.

Many pupils believe the way in which you do. Dr. Hamidullah is of the opinion that most effective that song that's performed earlier than idols like Hindu Bhajans is haram. He proved that a few verses of holy Quran have fine rhythm in them. Common experience advocate any vulgar and obscene song need to be haram. Too a lot indulgence in song that forestalls you from appearing your tasks to mum and dad or husband isn't well. Delay in praying is most commonly induced by means of musical systems and as such will have to be have shyed away from. With those precautions, I believe you can delight in paying attention to song slightly. Wallaho Aalam bisswawab. Muhammad Javed Iqbal
