I think in his early years, basically all the albums during and before Antichrist Superstar, he was very "shocking". He had a very disturbing personality, yet showed intelligence. Now he is just an egotistical ***. Ever since Reznor quit with him, he started sucking. Luckily Jeordie realized this and left. Alice Cooper is the person who should be applauded for keeping shock rock alive.

Nobody's really been shocked by Marilyn Manson for years. It seemed pretty crazy at first, now it just seems like he tries to hard to seem dark and poetic or whatever he is.
