I have nose bleeds all the time.. and my doctor suggested a lot of different options.. nothing of course has helped. Besides a vaporizer you can use vaseline or something like that to try and moisturize it a little. Best Wishes hun.

Try using a humidifier in your room at night to keep the air moist in your room. Dry air can dry out mucous membranes and contribute to nosebleeds.

Avoid blowing too hard particularly when you have a cold. Use soft tissue products like those with aloe to help soothe your nose.

Be sure to drink plenty of fluids during the day to keep your mucous membranes functioning properly. Dry mucous membranes are more likely to bleed than well hydrated ones.

Try an over the counter nasal lubricant if you experience frequent nosebleeds. As an alternative you may try a little dab of petroleum jelly on the inside of your nose to help prevent the membranes from drying out.

Don't pick your nose~

I have the same problem and I have a humidifier in my room also. I don't get nose bleeds but i get so stuffed up by morning I can barely breath. I hate it . i started to keep my bedroom window open at night. and that has helped a little.

i might in basic terms circulate on your medical expert, have them do yet another attempt and a blood attempt. in basic terms because of the fact which you have decrease lower back soreness doesnt mean your pregnant, neither does headache or heartburn.. I relatively have all those popular.. I run a daycare center and function a infant, Im consistently bending over and determining on up childrens, listening to screaming and ingesting on the run... and Im no longer pregnant.. All indicators of being pregnant are different for each individual, some get one or 2, some get em all, a number of peculiar ones and a few dont get any.. in basic terms be smart circulate on your medical expert.

There is no real way to stop it. I suggest trying vaselene in your nose. other than that It is just another annoying side effect of pregnancy. Keep those tissues with you.

You may be able to get a nasle spray from your doctor that constricts the blood flow in the nose if it is a real poblem.

take a small piece of paper (like tissue or paper towel) and roll it into a snake (longer than wide) and put it under your top lip. The paper should be small enough to fit comfortably under your lip. This will cut the blood flow and stop the nose bleeds.
