Yes, generally speaking all the sales associates I have encountered while shopping at the Banana Republics of many different malls throughout the country has been extremely positive. There has always been some one on hand from which to seek assistance, or someone always asks you if you need help. They are trained very well and are extremely knowledge on all the products they have in stock. Just make sure that you are curtious and friendly to the sale associates and they will most likely return the favor to you. Happy shopping!

Generally Banana Republic hires good sales people, but like any store, there may be some salespersons who are good at their job and some that aren't. Any time you go to a chain store, you are bound to find caring people and those who just look at the job as a way to get a paycheck.

it really all depends on the one you go to. sales associates will differ in their customer service from store to store. every store in a company isn't run the same. some are run with efficient managers and dedicated, friendly associates, while that same store, in a different mall may have the rudest workers you've ever seen
