i just cant decide!!!! But,even though i can only get one for christmas my b-day is janurary 12 so it just depends which one i want first but i cant decide!

Well, I have the Motorola RAZR v3 and I love it. I have no idea why other people think they suck. I love the metal keypad, and I really love that it slips right in my back pocket. I love all of the features and VCast works great. People seem to love ipods, though. I don't have an ipod and don't care to have one. I know I won't use it often, so I won't waste the money or let anyone else. However, if you're really torn between the two, why not go for the brand new Motorola KRZR. It's a cell phone/ipod, basically, and it looks even cooler than the RAZR. I love the RAZR, but I really want the KRZR, now.

Go for the ipod, i love mine.
I also have a razr and I am not impressed at all. One bad thing about it is that lint collects under the screen and you can not get it out. I even have it in a case. Still full of lint. Some of my friends have this same problem, and some don't. Just a little FYI for you.

Honestly Razr cell phone really suuck! and dont get iPod nano i have seen and heard alot of people here who have ipod problems
now i would say get a Sandisk Sansa mp3 player or
Creative Zen:M Vison they are 110% better then ipods trust me.

Well you can't talk to people on your ipod.
I guess it depends whether your more into music or talking to people.
Of course there's a RAZR that has Itunes capabilities. It's for cingular I'm pretty sure.
