Something is really wrong. Why hasn't your mom taken you to the doctor. If your hiding this from her, you need to get help.

something is really wrong, she needs to go to the doctor or hospital. no one has ever had there period for 40 days. asp

i had one for about 3 weeks and i went to the dr and they put me on the pill to stop it...i wasn't 11 though, i was like 22. anyways, there can be some problems if it keeps going, and definitly anemia with losing all that blood. you gotta head to the Dr right away and get that taken care of

OMG! That's too, too long. I don't think that's considered a "period." That's more like "bleeding out!" (hunting term) Get to the doctor.

It could simply be irregualar periods. or something more serious. You may need to talk to a docter
