Food .... unprocessed.... without MSG and other preservatives .... food.

Ok... I have issues with the American food industry.

Whatever they ate, it is because it was availble to them. I know that geographically, the Greeks would have eaten fish for example.

No references.... just common sense if you look at Greece on a map.
