Not at all. Anybody who is married and tells you they've NEVER thought of someone else is lying. Fantasy is normal, even healthy. However, the minute you act on it, excessive flirting, a lunch date, etc., then you're dealing with infidelity.

I think what you mean is infidelity, and no, thinking of someone in a sexual manner is lust. Infidelity is when you actually have sexual contact with someone other than your significant other.

Infertility is when you are unable to conceive a child.
