Obviously it's Hendrix. He could do stuff others could only dream of. Man, he could play left and right handed guitar and was still better than anyone else.

Man, Why isn't Duane Allman in this group. He is easily second to Hendrix.

of the players you have listed I'd say hendrix was with Page a close second. Santana's style is real "clean" but it's kind of one dimensional. Suggest you listen to some early "Yes". Steve Howe was pretty awesome back in the day.

definitly the jimmy page and jimmi hendrix. i like led zeppelin better than hendrix but i have so much respect for jimmi hendrix i can't chose between them.

Out of those, I'd say Jimi Hendrix (is his first name really that hard for everyone to spell?! And why the hell is Cobain on the list?! He wouldn't even make top 100!)
If I could choose outside of the above list, I'd go with Stevie Ray Vaughn.
