Not to be rude or hurt anyone's feelings, but to me NIN reads "ho hum... SO Nineties..." And the Nineties aren't far enough back to be cool again yet. Trent Reznor lost all street cred in my book by briefly dating Tori Amos and then writing "Closer" for her. I was like... FOR THAT???

they were really great in their hey day, however not so popular or cutting egde anymore. I would take downward spiral over anything they make today. and btw, the x-files movie NIN made will haunt you forever...check it out!
