You mean millimeters which are length. There are 25.4 millimeters in an inch and 12 inches in a foot. Do the arithmetic and you get 304.8 millimeters.

Impossible. It's like apples and oranges. Milliliters are a volume, where as feet are a distance.

milliliters refers to a liquid
foot refers to length
you cannot convert liquid to feet

you've got your terms mixed up! Milliliters is a measurement of fluid (volume), not length (with it metric would be millimeters, centimeters, meters, kilometers, etc).

I think you meant millimeters.

The conversions you need are 1 foot = 12 inches, 1inch =2.54cm = 25.4mm

Therefore, 12 * 25.4 = 304.8 mm
