the answer is yes there is nudity and sexual content. as for letting your 14 year old watch it that is up to you but there is nothing in the movie that he hasn't talked about to his school friends. especially at his age.

If it were my child, I would say yes. I watched the movie... its nothing too shocking for a 14 year old... considering what they hear in school all day from their peers.
...but, if you feel you want to keep your child away from R rated movies... then don't let him watch it. Yes, it does have sexual things (thats the whole point of the movie). It does have nudity (womens breast...).

Genre: Comedy / Romance (more)
Tagline: A Comedy about the moments that touch us in ways we've never been touched before.
Plot Outline: Goaded by his buddies, a nerdy guy who's never "done the deed" only finds the pressure mounting when he meets a single mother.
User Comments: It's about time a really funny movie came along!
I haven't laughed this hard at a movie in a long time. I got to go to an advance screening, and was thrilled because I had been dying to see it. I had tears in my eyes from laughter throughout a lot of the movie. The audience all shared my laughter, and was clapping and yelling throughout most of the movie.
Kudos to Steve Carrell(who I had already been a fan of). He proves in this movie his tremendous talent for comedy. He has a style that I haven't seen before. And Catherine Keener is excellent as always. Thank God there wasn't a cameo from Will Ferrell(love him, but saw him too much this summer).
There were parts of comedic genius in this movie. Partly thanks to Carrell, and partly thanks to the writing(also Carrell). The waxing scene and the speed dater with the "obvious problem" were absolutely hysterical.
I will definitely go see '40 Year Old Virgin' when it's released. My advice: go to see it for huge laughs and an incredibly enjoyable movie on top of it

Andy Stitzer has a nice life complete with an action figure collection and a cushy job at an electronics store. But the only thing is, he's a 40 year old virgin who has just fallen in love with a woman, who doesn't want sex in the relationship.
Summary written by mystic80
The stock supervisor of Smart Tech store Andy (Steve Carell) is a nice guy and good colleague. One night, his colleagues David (Paul Rudd), Jay (Romany Malco) and Cal (Seth Rogen) invite him for a poker game, and in the end of the night, they find that Andy is a 40 years old virgin and they decide to help him to score. When he meets the divorced Trish (Catherine Keener), the owner of "We Sell Your Stuff on eBay" store, they agree to have no sex before their 20th date. Andy gets into many troubles due to these situations.
Summary written by Claudio Carvalho, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
40-year-old Andy Stitzer (Steve Carrell) has done quite a few things in his life. He's got a cushy job stamping invoices at an electronics superstore, a nice apartment with a proud collection of action figures and comic books, good friends, a nice attitude. But there's just one little thing he hasn't quite gotten around to doing yet--something most people have done by his age. Done a lot. Andy's never, ever, ever had sex--not even by accident. So is that such a big deal? Well, for Andy's buds at the store, it sure is. Although they think he's a bit of an oddball, there's certainly a planet full of stranger (and homelier) guys who've at least had one go at having a go. They consider it their duty to help Andy out of his dire situation and go to great lengths to help him. But nothing proves effective enough to lure their friend out of lifelong chastity until he meets Trish (Catherine Keener), a 40-year-old mother of three. Andy's friends are psyched by the possibility that "it" may finally happen...until they hear that Andy and Trish have begun their relationship based on a mutual no-sex policy.

In my opinion, your son has heard just about EVERYTHING in school at that age. I think you should let him watch it. He is a boy that is going through puberty, he knows what breasts look like! Boys don't go on 'homework help' sites, if you know what I mean.
If you let him watch it, which I think you should, DO NOT WATCH IT WITH HIM! Kids feel extremely uncomfortable when a parent is there when there is sex going on.

There are some sex scenes, nudity, and breasts but Like I said, He's SEEN IT BEFORE!!

If you respect your son....no ! If you respect yourself....no ! The movie is tasteless and would give your son nothing but a distorted vision of the reality of being an adult. That's not to say that it doesn't have it's funny moments. But, in general it is like most stupid and ridicules sex comedies....very bad !

I've never seen it but being that it revolves around a 40 year old virgin losing his virginity, I'd say there's at least SOME sexual content. ;)

DEFINATELY NOT THE EXTENDED VERSION! That has nudity and swearing. Let him watch the normal version, however I remember this site that offered censored versions of popular movies, but I forgot it.

I wouldn't let him watch it cause it's pretty inappropriate. You see breasts and some porn. It's just totally outrageous to me that any 14 year old should watch this.

If he's 14 it should be okay. It's just a bunch of potty humor.Just don't watch it with him unless you want to embarrass him.
