It is amazing to me how many HR personel don't know what a BBA is? I'm constantly going to job fairs to seek better employment and reps at the job fairs ask me all the time, "what is a BBA? Is it an associates or something." Why is it that HR people don't know what a BBA is but know what a BA/BS is? I'm getting really tired of explaining this to people who should know what a BBA is!!!! Its their job as HR people!!!!

I've never heard of a BBA.

BTW, if you have to explain your degree, you probably will have a hard time getting the job.

There is no such thing as a BBA. It is a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. If you word it that way, you will have no trouble. BS; Business Administration
