We dodged a bullet when Bush stole his second election, just like the bullet we dodged when he stole the first one.

The Vietnam era traitor, Kerry, opened his big yap about the military, and no matter which way one tries to spin it, his continuing disdain for our troops came out of his own big mouth.

I believe it just cost the Dems the mid-term elections.

John Kerry is such a coward...........I mean he couldn't even get up in front of anyone and apologize with a microphone in front of him..and a camera on him...........He had to do it in writing.....give me a break!
That is not an official apology in my book.....the coward!
He has hurt the Dems and they all know it..........The only one to admit he was wrong with what he said was Hillary, which surprised me,...I don't like her b/cause she lies so much, but .I give her credit for that.......Where's Ted Kennedy? Where's Nancy Pelosi? Where's Harry Reed.? and the rest of the rat pack?????? They are all so embarrased...Look at all those running for something and asked Kerry not to show for them...OUCH..that has to hurt his ego......OH WELL! Get over yourself Kerry! You're a nobody!!!never was....Only you think you were........Anyone who puts down our president, our country , and our servicemen is an embarrasement.....Thats why the insurgents want the dems to win.....

Heh. Kerry's comment will have absolutely *no* effect.

However, one side-effect was that the strategic decision by Rove to have his boy pound his fist about Kerry's comment ... is that Kerry ended up getting invited by the media to explain over and over what he meant. So before, Kerry was a non-entity, but Rove-Bush got Kerry a bully pulpit to repeat his point that Bush is an inept commander-in-chief who got *US* stuck in Iraq.

In other words, this was a bizarre miscalculation by Rove. What did he have to gain by trying to keep the Kerry story alive? The best it could do for them is make Kerry look bad ... which gains Bush nothing .... Bush isn't running against Kerry. And it risked making Bush look like an opportunist who is using the soldiers in Iraq as a shallow political prop, with an insincere posture in their defense. They had nothing to gain, and plenty to lose, by trying to make Kerry an issue.

No. Republicans ought to take one-0.33 of Senate - very not likely. Republicans ought to operate 40 to the abode - very not likely. in spite of the indisputable fact that, the Democrats will lose some, and that is a historic actuality.

No, it won't. The future of America isn't worth risking because of a botched joke.

It didn't.

Kery said nothing we didn't know already. Look around. Just about everyone you know who joined the military did so as a last resort, and wasn't really all that great in school... And is now stuck in Iraq
