Is it Chain hang low by Young Jibbs? It goes like "does your chain hang low does it wobble to the floor does it shine int he light is it platinum is it gold..." and its got kids singing to it in the chorus and the beat is like an ice cream truck and the tune is some old kids song called do your ears hang low.
