I want a guy friend. But how can I express that, without giving out the wrong signals and most likely scaring the guy away because he thinks I like him?

Foss: Gah. I'm sorry. I mean, I'm sexy like a 90 year-old horny virgin. I couldn't possibly...am I? I'm sorry...I'm so blind to the feelings of others...I'm so insensitive...

That can be tough to do, especially for attractive women. Men unfortunately are wired to think about hooking up with females!

Good place to start is getting to know a guy who shares interests in hobbies. You can stress that you want to have some friends, maybe even say you are tired of dating.

First know the difference between a friend and an acquaintance. Friends are open with each saying whats on their minds so there is no place for misunderstandings. Tell him exactly whats you feel.

erm... ok i think of you need to no longer act flirty around him. do no longer make a lot eye touch and do basically stuff that would not relate to romance. It would not advise you need to act as in case you forget approximately him yet do no longer hint him by twist of destiny. i assume in case you act normall around him i gues it relatively is going to likely be o.k.. Um... in case you have a rother fake the male is our brother. Ofcourse no person might act dumb round her brother ( dumb as in flirtacious ans all.) Thats particularly a lot the main suggestion i will declare... sorry if i did no longer help ~U~"

Just make sure that you're always honest with him. And watch out for things like sitting too close, touching his arm while talking, things like that. If you're close friends and comfortable with him, these can happen without you noticing.... however they will definitely send wrong signals.

Be upfront and honest from the beginning. Let him know you are in this to just be friends. Make sure he understands that before it goes anywhere.......

Don't touch him and don't get in his space (very close to him in other words).
