Does anyone know of a web-site that sells PCI USB cards that have a intergrated way @ their site to determine tha proper card for my pc. Someone told me that their r sites that will test my pc for hardfware that works with this particular machine.

Not necessary to check compatibility, all you really need is any computer built within the last 6-7 years and a PCI USB card will be compatible with it. The only way you would have a compatibility issue is if you have a 10+ year old computer, or you are running Windows 95 or a very old verison of 98. Mysticman is on the right path. Here's your catch, what OS are you running? Do you want USB 2.0? All the add-in cards are PCI which is a standard interface so it will work with your machine. A USB 1.0/1.1 card will work with any OS but a USB 2.0 card will only 'properly' in Windows 2000 (SP4), XP (at least SP1), or linux. There are drivers for USB 2.0 for 98 & ME but they don't always work great. Also, in regards to a hub, a USB 2.0 plugged into a 1.1 port on the back of the PC automatically makes it all slow.
