yeah the britpop thing came back with the like of the kaiser cheifs, and all that stuff in 2004, but they called it "indie". when really we all know it was "anti-commercial commercial britpop", where in the 1990's bands like oasis and blur wasnt ashamed of been on a been on a big record label.
Now it is like it is a sin.

The Brit pop scene was actually longer than ten years ago. More like 1990. There was an awards ceremony done and most of the winners were British artists. There was even a single brought out of all the acts mixed in together which reached No.2. How the memories of good music lingers.

oasis,only 2 good albums and that was the first 2 ,they should release an album called,all our songs sound the same.any one else agree,definately agree with u about keane,total rubbish. anybody like the strokes.

how can you say spice girls were "britpop"? are you off your head or something.
Britpop was when u had Oasis vs Blur! that was class, oasis win hands down, even today.

I think we need a new 70's age.
Where everythign was fun, sex, drugs, and rock and roll. Much better than britpop.
