some of you might know it, there are some hours through the day in which i cant think straight or cant focus and advance in things that require thinking
probably the mind needs its rest, i am aware for example that eating big meals will make you really tired, but what more can i do in order to increase more my productivity and cut short the number of hours i am in a mind block?
