Don't go back.My parents stayed together for my brother and I.This was many years ago when that was the thing to do.It was pure hell for us. My advise to u is to spend as much time as u can with your children.Make sure they understand that u didn't leave them. That mom and dad couldn't live together anymore but it didn't have anything to do with them.Good luck

I dont need to be in that kind of situation to know that going back to an ex just for kids is good idea. It's hard to live in one roof no love....kids can sense that and would have an effect on them. It would lead to feel responsible for your sacrifices. They'd think you're both suffering from a loveless relationship because of them. It's better for them to accept that things didnt work out rather than see there parents suffer from unhappiness.

dont do it. Stay in the kids life and stay on good terms with your ex wife so that the kids dont have to deal with fighting between u 2 but u shouldnt go back just for them.

Not JUST for the kids, because having parents in a bad marriage is probably worse than having divorced parents. But, if you can make it work, and the kids are your motivation, then it could possibly be a good idea,

If that is the only reason you are going back it is a disservice to the children. They are better off having seperate relationships with each of than living in a home that is not loving.

That's the only reason why my marriage has lasted as long as it has. I am divorcing him and we agreed that our daughter can stay with his sister to be raised up the right way, since I know I would scrwe her up. Our son is coming with me because he can not live without me. This is the agreement. I've moved on. I know it would be selfish of me to take her, but I need to think about her future, too.

I DONT THINK STAYING IN A RELATIONSHIP FOR THE KIDS IS A VERY GOOD IDEA,ESPECIALLY IF THERE IS ARGUING AND FIGHTING.ALOT OF TIMES POEPLE BRING THE WORST OUT IN EACH OTHER,WHEN THEY ARE APART THEY ARE BETTER PARENTS.I GUESS IT DEPENDS ON THE SITUATION.

you may hurt the kids more by doing that if the love and everything else is not there between you and your exwife.
