I had that problem for all of my teenage years!Suggest to your doc that maybe you need a pill with only 1 type of hormone. It will be least likely cause nausea.

when I was on the pill many years ago I found ginger help the nausea.
They now have crystallized ginger, like eating candy. I eat this when before I fly and it really helps.
Fresh ginger is good for a tea. Just a couple little pieces in hot water. Steep about 15 minutes. It's strong but you get used to it.

It's the same nausea I had the first three months of pregnancy.
I hope you can find a natural remedy to get you thru this.

You got me cause I had the same problem too, after two years I just gave up and quit taking it. Theres always a IUD or the might work or the nuvaring. U just have to test the waters, also if u aren't taking a low estrogen pill u should try that for some that really helps

Most do, unfortunately. Do you take your pills with food? That will help some people. Best thing you can do is keep bugging your doctor to find you something better.

I've taken both Ortho Tricyclen Lo and Ovcon 30, and neither has made me have a sour stomach.

Good luck.
