Well depends on what you mean, My bro got one about a year ago and he has had no technical difficuties. he really likes it cause its light weight and really pocket friendly. the key are easy to use but sumtimes need to be pushed dead center. the screen is large, has had no dead pixels. and yeah, thast about it

I have one and have had no problems and like my new contract. No dropped calls and all that, blah, blah. My wife has the black one. I've been with Cingular for 3 years. The best.

not really, it looks alright, but after you use it for awhile the button starts to wear off if you use it alot, you see pieces of peeld off "covering" for the shiny buttons, plus since its slim it does kinda break easily, and plus sometimes if u use it too much and flip it open the inside screen doesnt turn on at all but the front screen (where the clock is) is on
