Its been like 2 years . The last time I spoke with her was when I had my breastcancer surgery. and Ive called, called and nothing!

send her a letter and tell her how you feel. Maybe she cares too much for you and is afraid she will break down when she hears your voice and she does not want to hurt you that way.
Maybe she can't accept your illness and feels if she does not talk to you then it can't be true you had cancer
