He isn't a world leader, just the mayor of New Orleans. Ray Nagin. I used to think he was a pretty cool, head on straight kinda guy. Lately though I think not only is he starting to lose a little of his touch with reality but he is also making southern folk look and sound stupid. That's just my opinon though. Thanks for asking.

dumbest world leader= too many to name and our's truly(I live in USA,ahem) dumbest explorer had to be Columbus since he landed in what is now America(he thought it was India) and called various tribes of Native Americans as Indians... he takes the cake because still today many people call them Indians, His idea of the earth being flat was not that bad... I will have to say Hitler was not dumb he was seriously mentally ill.
